Lymphatic Drainage

What is underarm sweating?

Excessive sweating is also known as hyperhidrosis. It’s not necessarily related to heat or exercise. It proves to be a draining issue for many people. It is worst in the palms, soles, and underarms. Most people that suffer from this are otherwise completely healthy.

You may sweat so much that it seeps through your clothes or leaks from your hands. Besides interrupting normal routine activities, this type of heavy sweating is also the cause of embarrassment and social anxiety. People have trouble working or enjoying recreational activities because of sweaty hands or feet or sweat stains on clothing.

People who suffer from this disease cannot wear certain clothing as the problem of too much sweating is obvious and horrifying. They are forced to bring a change of clothes to work or any other place because hyperhidrosis is so bad that they cannot wait until the end of the day to change into dry clothing.

Can hyperhidrosis be treated?

Hyperhidrosis is a clinical issue, and it is treatable! More traditional approaches for the treatment include prescription drugs like topical aluminum chloride, clinical strength antiperspirants, and Robinul. Approximately ten years ago, Botox also gained authorization for hyperhidrosis of the underarms.

Most effective treatment:

Sage Wellness has the newest and finest option available to treat sweating underarms. This special treatment is available, especially when the other traditional approaches fail or clients do not wish to continue with long-term oral therapy with Robinul to control the sweating condition.

This treatment is a new safe, and efficient treatment for moderate to severe hyperhidrosis. It is suggested that repeated sessions of radiofrequency have been considered to achieve a complete response.

Method:

A 20-minute radio frequency treatment that leads to loss of functional sweat glands. Thus, no more embarrassing events of excessive sweating!

Some clients may need almost two-three procedures to achieve complete sweat resolution; however, many clients require only a single treatment.
